AIZE Architects is a full-service creative design consultancy, specializing in designing urban and landscape, architectures, interiors, products and branding for our clients.  We focus on the delivery of quality assurance, supported by strong technical knowledge throughout a projects lifespan.

Established in 2016 , the studio is based in Milan and operates internationally as a collective of designers, architects and consultants.

Our working method is holistic, allowing us to respond to new challenges with confidence. We always listening to the site and focus on the needs of the users, listening to what it “says” to us. That is the best way we get the inspiration from, in order to consider how the building will be best integrated into its environment, the views, the indigenous materials, the flow of the surrounding.

Whatever projects we get, our aim is to focus on the quality rather than the quantity, to design a work that all of us feel proud of ourselves.

One specific main focus area in our research is in China. The understanding, perception and construction of contemporary Chinese architecture have changed in the last decade as maturity, confidence, and experimentation replace hesitation, insecurity, and condemnation. Today’s China is no Disneyland. Nor is it a clean slate. Given the hegemony of fast and massive high-rise developments and China’s notoriously rapid and enormous building industry and architectural design process, approaches that embody a sense of slowness and cheapness and use local context, tradition or resources are seldom seen as potential and viable architectural alternatives.

Another specific architectural research focus is the practice applying sustainable building and landscape design, as demonstrated by their expertise in rammed earth, air-conditioning-free spaces and energy efficiency.

The humanist and environmental principles apparent in their projects has attracted a variety of clients, from the top achievers of Chines society to the penniless artist, with a variety of locations and briefs, resulting in a continual renewal of design solutions.

We believe in design’s power of expression to evoke emotion through meaningful design and architecture with timeless qualities.

Who We Are

We are AIZE Architects. We focus on a continuing on-going design process, which means Architecturize, Admirize, and Actualize.  We create a new word of “Architecturize”, which refer to our specific process of making and designing architecture. We also create “Admirize” and our basic principle of design is to love the things you are doing and act like an admirer. “Actualize” is the only words that always real and existing, we consider our design process is not only stay in the conceptual stage but more focus on the realizing part and high line the effort to make any work we done existing in the real world thought it seems to be impossible at the beginning stage.
